Schuyler Warren is a Senior Planner with the City of Tigard, focused on long-range planning and capital projects. His most recent work includes creation of the city’s first Affordable Housing Plan, the Housing Options project, and project management for Tigard’s Outdoor Museum and the Tigard Heritage Trail. He is currently managing the concept planning process for the city’s two urban reserve areas – Roy Rogers West and East. He holds Masters degrees in Regional and Community Planning and Landscape Architecture, with a certificate in Ecological Design from the University of Oregon. He volunteers on the board of Trailkeepers of Oregon, a trail stewardship and advocacy non-profit, serving as the Vice President and Treasurer. In his spare time, he cooks potato dishes from around the world and plays board games with his family.
