Kris Grube

Kris Grube is a seasoned leader in equitable clean energy and environmental justice, with over 20 years of experience in program development, project management, and workforce equity. As the Single-Family Program Manager for the Portland Clean Energy Fund, Kris oversees a $140M initiative delivering energy efficiency upgrades to over 700 homes annually while fostering contractor diversity and economic opportunities for underserved communities. A previously certified Building Performance Institute (BPI) professional and founder of Good Energy Retrofit, a woman-owned energy efficiency firm, Kris has completed several hundred home energy retrofit projects and played a key role in shaping industry policies. With a Master of Social Work from Portland State University, Kris blends technical expertise with a deep commitment to community-driven climate solutions that advance racial and social justice.
