Jacob Hooper Jacob Hooper is an accomplished Green Building Consultant with a proven track record of success. Mr. Hooper is a Certified HERS Rater and ICC Plans Examiner and has extensive experience under ENERGY STAR Single-Family/Multifamily New Construction, Indoor airPLUS, DOE Zero Energy Ready Homes (ZERH), ANSI/ICC-700 National Green Building Standard (NGBS) by Home Innovation, as well as many localized utility rebate programs. His expertise in expert energy modeling, planning, and development, and “out-of-the-box” thinking enables him to help clients meet their goals, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
As National Programs Directors, he works with clients to develop a pathway to success, taking multiple programs into consideration, and designs for simplicity and for success even where program requirements differ. He trains staff to verify implementation of measures and develops programs to be repeatable, reducing costs and increasing worker efficiency to boost company profits.
