This Session will provide attendees an overview of substantive changes made in the 2023 Oregon Residential Speialty Code (ORSC), review draft provisions of the upcoming Oregon Residential Reach Code (ORRC), provide informatio on incentives related to these codes, and review training resources developed to support these codes. The use of 90.1-2022 in low rise housing will also be covered.
