In the closing keynote address, Josh will describe the importance of the design-build project delivery method and contrast it with the design-bid-build method. He will also cover the importance of the integrated and iterative design process, and give solutions for teams that aren’t ready to move to design build just yet, and how they can incorporate some of these IDP principles. He will show real-life details that the Birdsmouth team has used, how they decided upon them, and when and how these important decisions are super impactful to performance and cost when done very early in the design process.
