Joseph (Joe) Burak helps builders, suppliers, and associations harness AI and data to build smarter, more efficient, and sustainable operations. As founder and chief strategist of TRANSiT Strategy & Analytics, he advises leaders on integrating AI to streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and deliver measurable results. Joe believes technology should amplify—not replace—human expertise—and focuses on helping teams identify where automation truly adds value.
Before founding TRANSiT, he spent nearly two decades with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Federation, including six years as Executive Director of the Home Builders Association of Greater Little Rock. A frequent and engaging speaker, Joe has presented at the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS), the Southeast Building Conference (SEBC), and the Washington Manufactured Housing Association (WMHA).
He holds degrees from the University of Michigan (B.A.) and George Washington University (MBA in business analytics) and lives in Virginia with his wife and two children.
