Mike Ardeljan Mike is a 3rd generation builder. He has more than 30 years of experience in the building industry. Mike’s a Certified Passive House Tradesperson who builds Passive House level custom homes. Mike’s also the co-founder of NorthWest AeroBarrier, which has air-sealed over 1,200 homes to date, and the owner of Dream Home Building & Design.
