Jeannine Rustad, JD has over 25 years’ experience in real estate, including eleven years as a land use lawyer in Washington, DC. She is currently the planning manager at the Tualatin Hills Parks & Recreation District, where she oversees the long-range planning, intergovernmental relations, and grant program and land acquisitions. Included in her duties is managing the system development charge fund, including annual adjustments, preparation of the 5-year capital improvement plan and updating the methodology and Administrative Procedures Guide. Prior to joining THPRD, Ms. Rustad served as a senior planner and then the long-range planning manager for the City of Hillsboro. One of her projects in the City of Hillsboro included the master planning of South Hillsboro, a 1,400 acre residential and mixed-use development area. In her free time, Ms. Rustad enjoys getting outside with her dogs either hiking or running.
