Ellen Miller is the Government Affairs Director for the Oregon Home Builders Association (OHBA). Ellen has lobbied at the Oregon legislature and provided state affair services over the past eight legislative sessions. Prior to joining OHBA she served as the Legislative Coordinator/Urban Policy Analyst at the Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) where she worked on statewide and local land use issues. Ellen got her start lobbying with CFM Strategic Communications. At CFM she represented a variety of clients such as the City of Salem, Oregon Winegrowers Association, Oregon Association of Broadcasters and Hewlett Packard. Ellen’s professional background is in civil engineering. She holds a BS degree in civil engineering from Santa Clara University and a Masters in Business Administration and Public Administration (MBA/PA) from Willamette University’s Atkinson School.
