CCB, RESNET, + Real Estate Continuing Education Opportunities at BuildRight
Looking to gain credits for your CCB or Real Estate license renewal? Seeking RESNET-approved Professional Development Hours (PDHs)? BuildRight can help fulfill your CCB continuing education (CEUs) and RESNET PDH needs.
If you are unsure of the credits you may need for license renewal, please contact your state industry licensing office or RESNET.
CCB License Renewal Requirements:
Licensed by the CCB for six or more years? You must take:
- Three hours of the CCB’s Laws, Regulations & Business Practices course
- Five hours of other approved courses related to either business management or trade
Licensed by the CCB for less than six years? You must take:
- Three hours of the CCB’s Laws, Regulations & Business Practices course
- 13 hours of other approved courses related to either business management or trade
RESNET Home Energy Rater Professional Development Requirements:
- Complete 18 hours of RESNET-approved professional development from a RESNET Accredited Training Provider every three years.
Real Estate License Renewal Requirements:
- Real estate licensees (brokers, principal brokers, and property managers) must complete 30 hours of continuing education every two years to renew an active license.
- Please note: House Bill (HB) 3137 takes effect on January 1, 2026. To meet the new continuing education requirements, all licensees must complete a 2-hour Fair Housing course not provided through BuildRight. See your state licensing website for more information.
